What does "in process" mean?

This is a temporary way of marking your order until the information is "human verified." After the order is reviewed your order will change to "special ordered" or "shipped".

Can I add another part to my order after I have placed it?

No, we are not able to add parts to existing orders. You will have to place a new order for any additional parts you may require.

What does backordered mean?

This means a part is not available to ship and we are waiting on the manufacturer of this part to release it for sale. Backorders happen for several reasons, but the most common are large demand or a problem that occurred during processing. Once your part is placed on backorder we upgrade your order to the highest priority so it can be received as soon as it has been released from the manufacturer. Please be patient because backorders in some cases can take some additional time to receive.

What does "paint to match" mean?

The means the part comes in a standard finish ready to be prepped and painted. This cuts down on the number of different part numbers that has to be stocked. You can usually have your local paint or trim shop paint these parts to match your application.
