What if I have a part number, but it doesn't show the pricing when I enter it?

Contact customer service at help@hummerpartsonline.com with the part number. They will determine if the part is still a valid HUMMER part number, if the part is discontinued, or if another part number has replaced it.

 

What if I want to return a part or an order?

Please go to our "request a return" link here or at the bottom of our homepage. When you fill out the information on this page a return authorization number will be emailed back to you.

 

What if the part I buy is defective?

GM, Hummer and AM General parts can be warranted through any Hummer dealer nationwide. You will need a copy of your receipt, the VIN number of the car the part was on, and the cars mileage with you so you can get your part warranted. You will also need the defective part with the original container.

If your dealer does not want to follow HUMMER policy and procedure of handling your customer concern with a defective part. You have the option of paying the freight to return the part to us for us to handle the warranty claim to HUMMER for you.

Keep in mind the customer is responsible for all freight and any handling fee associated with this process as HummerPartsOnline.com does not manufacture or warranty any sold merchandise.

If your local dealer fails to handle your claim, please give us the dealer name, phone number, and contact person along with their position in your request for return.

 

What does "special ordered" mean?

Parts are marked "special ordered" if the parts are not kept on our shelf but are available from our warehouse or straight from the manufacturer. On average your order will ship out to you in 7-10 business days. In some cases it may take longer due to backordered or unavailable parts. Please note you are notified in site policies of approximate shipping times and are notified " For HummerPartsOnline.com to keep prices low and to service all customers as quick as possible, orders cannot be cancelled for any reason. Please make sure your part numbers are correct before placing your order." Special ordered parts along with electrical items are non-returnable. Parts that are in high demand may take some additional time to receive.

 

I received an error message that said I needed a customer number to place an order, but I am trying to place my first order and don't have that information yet. What do I do now?

If you move from the order information page for any reason, you may receive an error message. Completely closing your internet browser and then restarting it can usually clear this up. If you still are receiving an error, please contact our customer service dept at help@hummerpartsonline.com
