How long before I get a reply to the email I sent?

Emails are answered in the order they are received. In some cases it can take 2-3 business days to receive a response.

Email response hours are from 9am to 6pm est. Mon through Fri., orders and emails after 3pm Friday est. will not be processed until Monday.

 

What if I need an owner's or service manual?

When and how does my card get charged?

When you initially place your order a reservation or hold for the amount is placed with your card provider. Once we have shipped out your order we then capture that amount and that is when you will see the charge on your credit card statement.

 

How do I get a customer number?

Customer numbers are obtained when you place your first order or register for our drawing. When you fill in all of the customer information on the order page you will receive an email confirmation with your customer number and password. If your e-mail address has changed, please log in using the e-mail address you first used to register at HummerPartsOnline.com. You will be able to update your information once you are logged in. If you still have trouble, email us at customer service.

How do I cancel my order?

Due to the large volume of orders, we are UNABLE to cancel orders once they have been placed.
